The ASPA MICAP Constitution was revised in July 2020 to include changes to the fiscal year, proposed by the Board and passed by Membership. The fiscal year now ends on December 31. The purpose of the change was to have the same fiscal year of ASPA in Washington, D.C.
The ASPA MICAP Constitution was revised again from September 2023 to January 2024. The national ASPA organization approved our changes on January 5, 2024.
